Celuvid Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Celuvid (“we”, “us” or “our”) fully attaches importance to the security of your personal privacy information. This Privacy Policy describes the complete rules regarding how we collect, utilize, store and protect your information when you use Celuvid mobile application and all built-in creative tools (collectively referred to as the Service).
By downloading, installing and running Celuvid, you acknowledge that you fully read and accept all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clauses here, you must stop using this Service immediately.
Critical Audit Statement
All image and video rendering algorithms of Celuvid are independently developed and operated by our internal system. We will never transmit, deliver, disclose or share your personal information, uploaded photos, portrait features and biometric data to any external third-party AI platform, third-party AI algorithm provider or third-party AI processing service. No user data will be handed over to outside AI systems under any circumstances, and no separate user consent for AI data transmission is required.
2. Information We Gather
2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide
Account Info: If you register an account, you may submit your email address and self-set profile nickname.
Payment Data: All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play official payment channels. We cannot read, store or retain your credit card, bank account or billing details of any kind.
User Uploaded Materials: All original pictures you upload for in-app creation, including images for stylization, dynamic video production, portrait dance animation and background replacement.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
Device Metadata: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier and mobile network state.
Usage Statistics: Records of tools you use, creation history and interactive behaviors inside the App.
System Logs: App crash records, running performance data and error logs, only used for internal maintenance optimization.
2.3 Local & Cloud Creation Data
Source photos uploaded by users for visual creation
Finished pictures and short videos generated via Celuvid’s self-owned algorithms
Custom creation parameters including style filters, motion templates and background options
3. Purposes of Using Your Data
We only utilize collected information for the following legitimate service demands:
Operate, maintain and continuously upgrade all built-in creation functions: Stylization, Live snap, Dance, Scene Swap, Duo Move
Execute your image beautification and video synthesis requests
Manage your account status, membership and purchased functional credits
Complete order verification and activate paid functional permissions via official payment platforms
Push service updates, template release reminders and security alerts
Answer your consultation, feedback and technical support requests
Detect and fix system bugs, network risks and security loopholes
Fulfill legal and regulatory compliance obligations
4. Image Creation & Data Storage Rules
4.1 Independent Processing Explanation
All picture and video generation tasks run on our exclusive private cloud servers with self-developed algorithms. No external third-party AI interfaces or computing resources are invoked during the whole creation process. Your uploaded images are transmitted via encrypted TLS/SSL channels only to our dedicated processing cluster.
4.2 Official Data Retention Period
Uploaded original images: All source photos will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days after creation processing finishes.
Generated visual works: Your edited images and synthesized videos will be stored under your account for up to 90 days; automatic deletion will occur upon expiry. You shall back up your works locally by yourself.
Account information: Your registered data will be preserved until you submit a formal account deletion application.
4.3 Content Ownership
You hold all intellectual property rights of all original images you upload. We obtain a limited, non-transferable license merely to process your materials for delivering creation services. This authorization cannot be shared with any outside organization.
4.4 Facial & Biometric Data Rules
Celuvid only analyzes facial contours temporarily to realize portrait animation and photo beautification effects. Every facial-related data file will be wiped right after processing finishes. We will not permanently store, extract or distribute any biometric information of users.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data to any outside parties. Information can only be shared under the following limited situations, and all cooperating partners are non-AI service providers:
Trusted Service Partners: We transmit anonymous device operation data to cloud hosting, security maintenance and data statistics suppliers. All partners sign equal confidentiality agreements and are forbidden to use user data for AI training.
Legal Demands: We may disclose specified data if valid laws, court verdicts or government orders require us to do so.
Business Restructuring: In case of merger, acquisition or asset transfer, user data will be transferred as business assets, and the successor must follow the same privacy protection standards.
Your Explicit Consent: We share your designated information only after you give clear authorization inside the App.
6. Data Security Protection
We adopt standardized technical and administrative safeguards to secure your information:
TLS/SSL end-to-end encryption for all data transmission
Isolated private cloud servers with multi-layer access permission control
Regular vulnerability scanning and privacy compliance audits
Hierarchical data access authority and confidentiality training for internal staff
No internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee 100% absolute security, so we cannot eliminate all potential data risks completely.
7. Your Legal Data Rights
Subject to local data protection laws in your region, you have the below rights:
Access: Request a copy of your stored personal information
Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate personal profile data
Erasure: Apply to delete your account and all associated data
Data Portability: Export your pictures and account information in machine-readable format
Opt-out: Turn off non-mandatory data collection functions
If you need to exercise these rights, send an email to our official support address. We will reply and handle your application within 30 working days.
8. Minors Privacy Protection
This Service is designed for users aged 13 and above. We will not actively gather personal data from children under 13 years old. If we accidentally collect minor information, we will delete all relevant data immediately.
9. Third-Party Services
This App only connects official payment channels, without embedding any third-party AI creation, analysis or rendering tools. We bear no responsibility for the privacy policies of third-party payment platforms. Please check their privacy rules separately before using them.
10. Cross-Border Data Transmission
Your personal data and creation files may be stored and processed in overseas secure servers. We will sign Standard Contractual Clauses to guarantee equivalent data protection standards for cross-border data transmission.
11. Revision of This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy according to legal updates and service iterations. The latest version will be published in App “Settings - Privacy Policy” page with updated effective date. Your continuous use of Celuvid after policy update means you accept the revised clauses.
